After we created our groundhog, we had to give one fact we learned about groundhogs. We turned it into a class book, so look for it soon!

We have really enjoyed partner reading during our 100 Book Challenge reading time.

Snow Days!

It was great to be back at school after a week of enjoying the snow! The snow arrived at a great time, right when we're studying winter! Each kid brought in a white snack and we graphed to see what was the most popular white snack! Powered donuts were the winner!
We enjoyed picking 2 white snacks to eat! (There was so much to choose from, I think we'll be having white snacks next week!)

We had fun creating a snowman using items we brought from home. I know they'll look great on our bulletin board. Next week, we're writing a story about our snowman.

This week there were 30 Tootsie Rolls in the jar.

Counting buttons for the snowmen

The school center has been very popular.
