What's My Name?

This week we focused on our names and did activities to help us identify the letters in our name. In the writing center, we clothes pinned the letters of our name in order. We then had to practice writing our name using lower case letters.
In the science center we used play dough and cookie cutters to spell our 1st name.

Our building in the blocks center is getting more advanced each week. This was a race track with tunnels.

When we finish our "assigned" task in centers, we are allowed to pick any task we like. I'm proud of how well the kids are staying on task and choosing great projects to work on.

We had a new alphabet puzzle this week. They love using pointers to point to the letters and say the picture that matches each letter.

We loved picking any stickers we wanted to, to complete our number board

In the fine motor center we had to hammer our initials.

We also learned how to roll play dough in the fine motor center. We used the play dough to form the letters in the alphabet.

Partner Match! In the math center, we had to match foam strips that were the same length.
