In the writing center we practiced identifying the beginning sounds of words and writing the letters we've learned so far.
In the math center, we counted how many monsters were in the closets and had to write the correct number.
In art, we finger painted the body to our monster. Next week, we will add monster parts to it.
We painted some awesome monsters! They look “scary” displayed in our room.
In the fine motor center, we covered the letter Mm with colored macaroni noodles. Some of us even tried to make a color pattern.

In the science center, we explored magnets by building with magnetic blocks.
We really enjoyed celebrating 2 birthdays last week!
Hunter’s dad helped us measure monsters in the math center.
For snack we made monster munch! It was made of rat toes, dried worms, ant eggs, and bug eyes! It sure was yummy!
