Career Day!

On Friday, the entire school celebrated Career Day. We went around to different parts of the school to hear about various occupations. Our first stop was EMS. It was a little chilly outside.
We were able to see a classmate's heartbeat. She was a little nervous, but in the end thought it was pretty cool.

Our next stop was a karate class. They had a fun time getting some energy out.

They had to be very good listeners and say "Yes Sir" after each command.

Mr. Morton taught us about the wildlife in South Caroline. We loved seeing all the animal furs, a baby alligator, and a snake.

The fire department showed us the equipment they use to put out fires and the different types of trucks.

After lunch, Julian's mom taught us about eating healthy and exercising.

We ended the day by visiting Rocco's dad. He told us what it was like to be in a band and travel.
He showed us the awards his band received for selling so many records.

Each of us had a turn to play the drums.
