Discovering Our Names!

In the writing center we clothes pinned our name and practice writing it. 

In the math center, we played the game “Race to Trace”.  It was great practice to write numbers 1-5.  This was our 2nd week playing this game.

In science we used play-dough and letter cookie cutters to spell our names.

In art we created “Rainbow Names”.  We also added 10 stickers to our picture.  They look great hanging up in the art center. 

We loved cheering the letters in our name.

In the fine motor center, we covered the 1st letter of our name with Fruit Loops!

We loved exploring finger paint in the art center.  We finger painted our name and then created a picture.

 

With Mrs. Robinson we completed a variety of leveled name games. 

 

In the game center, we played memory using pictures of our classmates.
